EAT RIGHT: A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

“And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat” (Genesis 1:29).
In her book, Lifelong Health, Dr. Mary Ruth Swope asserted, “We all like to eat, but food is worthless if it contains no nutrients. Some foods are valued above others because they supply more nutrients to your body. Soft drinks are void of any nutrient except sugar. Milk, on the hand, is so full of food value that it could make up the bulk of an adult diet, as long as it included foods containing iron and vitamin C. Goat’s milk is best, of course.” Note also that as we take the physical balanced diet, so do we need to take balanced spiritual meal too. Many youths today don’t take balanced diet because of ignorance. All the food you need for a balance diet is available in our markets. Equally important is eating the right spiritual meal. You must grow from taking milk to strong meat. Those who run after miracles, signs and wonders but run away from holiness or deny Christ during persecutions are not eating balanced spiritual meal. Balance your diet.
