TREM Devotional 5 July 2021 Daily Devotional By Bishop Mike Okonkwo – Grace Qualifies You For God’s Blessing

TOPIC: Grace Qualifies You For God’s Blessing (TREM Devotional 5 July 2021)

‘’And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.’’ – Genesis 12: 2-3. KJV

God called out Abraham and said, ‘’I am going to bless you. Through you, the nations of the world will be blessed.’’ And it came to pass. God allowed Abraham to wait until he was 100 years old before the promise came to pass. So, even now, if you are waiting for the manifestation of God’s promises, don’t be tired, and don’t give up. According John 1:16-17: “And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ” (KJV). The law was given but Grace and Truth came. Grace came because Grace is a person. When you encounter Him, things have to turn around. That is why I don’t understand some people who say that they have invited grace into their lives and they are still living anyhow.
